How Can I Help?
Emotional difficulties in children are becoming more and more prevalent and universal services are stretched to breaking point. I know the pain that comes from seeing your child suffering and not knowing where to go for help.
We need to start addressing children’s difficulties at an earlier point in order to allow them to experience happy childhoods full of opportunity and growth.
What is NLP?
NLP4kids therapy techniques have been adapted from proven NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to work brilliantly with younger people. This makes the sessions fun and engaging. We don’t spend time dwelling on the problem; as soon as we know what the problem is, we immediately begin to focus on the solution instead.
NLP is fast-working and effective, so typically you are need fewer sessions than you would with traditional counselling or psychotherapy. Most problems can be dealt with in 4-8 sessions, sometimes even less if the problem is quite specific.
We use practical, interactive techniques so that when the work is finished the child has developed an internal tool-kit full of ways to manage their own emotions. This is why NLP therapy is really beneficial to promote long term, even life long, change. Click to find out more information about NLP4kids and NLP4parents.
