Journaling for Parents


CHALLENGE STARTS HERE!!!
I’m going to be posting 5 journaling prompts every Wednesday and Sunday for the next 4 weeks. How you use them is up to you. You might decide to do all 5 on the same day and then have some days off or spread them through the week.
 
I will be updating this page so that all the prompts are saved in one place to make access even easier (scroll to the bottom of the page).
 
I’m trying to find out if regular journaling has a positive impact on how good parents feel about being a parent. The reason for this is that in my work with parents I know how much difference it makes to feel more positive, in control and connected with your child and yourself.
 
If you want to get an idea of whether journaling helps you click the link to download the parenting stress scale.  I suggest completing the scale before you start and at the end of the 4 weeks. If you want to share your results with me that would be great
